Im soooooo mad. I've been ordering from Door dash the by few weeks. At kickoff they were doing well. But the last few times I've ordered either they came super late and my nutrient was cold or food was missing. I take four kids so when i order its usually for them but when a whole repast is missing and I am on a fixed income, I can't afford to lose coin. I'm very hurt behind this and I will not recommend anyone order through them

I then get to use credits(aka money, U.S. dollars) and there is no way to employ credits. Webpage is notifying me to enter valid payment method. I order from DD pretty frequently so I get a lot of bad dashers. I can't tell you how many times I've lost orders from these morons. Either they simply surrender on your order directly out or they won't even bother to contact you of they can't find the address. Had this happen And then MANY TIMES Now. DD, it really seems like they will rent just about any idiot with a vehicle.
On the other side however, customer service is usually pretty understanding. Still infuriates me off though. I ordered food 2 hours ago and they give my society to someone else. What a clown show. I wish I could rate 0 stars...

And then many foreign people which is cool, simply when they don't speak adept English language and don't understand directions, your food takes longer to get delivered to you because they don't sympathize where yous're telling them to go to make the delivery.
Virtually recent problem........happening correct now. Ordered Little Caesars and I alive in a single apartment building where you have to exist buzzed in. Tracked my order and saw commuter was arriving. So he leaves, I bank check my social club status and it says delivered. I live upstairs and he tin can't get in the edifice plus I looked outside my apartment door and no order.

Now it's been 1 hour and xv minutes since I order, and I'm friggin starving. I am furious! Last night nosotros ordered over $100 worth of nutrient from Door Dash to be delivered to the states within 50 minutes of the order. That was at 5pm. At 6:15pm, we had still not received our food. i called the restaurant, because you lot CAN'T call Door Dash and their conversation service is horrible, and the restuarant said the food was picked up by DD at 5:45. I then chatted with Door Dash and they said the eatery closed before the Dasher could selection it up...which was BS. We know this restaurant and get food from there all the time..I totally believe and trust them. Nosotros decided to use DD this time because the curfew was coming and with everything happening, we really did not want to leave. Anyway, that chat person from DD said they would refund my money, simply they disconnected the chat before I could even respond! Then, I stated another chat and that person confirmed that we would be refunded, but they then transferred me to a tertiary person without even telling me! The third person was supposed to be a director who and then promised me that not only would nosotros be refunded, but DD would further compensate us by giving us a costless meal. I just needed to conversation with customer service when I was ready to guild food the next day and they would run across the notes and give me the free meal. WRONG...I once more was given the run effectually today via several chats and the last word was that they don't compensate with gratis meals, but a "team" would look into the situation. They admitted that the Dasher took the meal AND they weren't able to attain him. I will not order from them again. They actually don't seem to care about their customers. We were really hungry last dark and, in the finish, got nothing. We wouldn't made other plans if we had known the delivery wasn't going to happen, just again, it was by curfew by that time. I tin can't fifty-fifty believe that they didn't seem to care AT ALL that their commitment person took our food! Like I said Very Frustrating.

Lately, every time I order food, I have to verify my cards. Every. Time. I effort talking to customer support, who tells me if I add together a second grade of payment, I won't demand to verify. Which is laughably faux. I have three cards on my account. Withal take to verify every time. A verification procedure that tells you lot to enter in a second card for verification, then tells you it can't be verified is a verification arrangement that doesn't work.
